Carolina Outreach, part of the ncgCARE network, is seeking a compassionate ACT Team Lead to join our Smithfield, NC team. This full-time role blends leadership with hands-on clinical work, with an approximate 60/40 split between supervision and direct client care, focusing on evidence-based ACT services.
You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure program standards, develop person-centered care plans, and collaborate with families.
