Job description
SPARC Programs in North Carolina is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team to provide clinical and administrative oversight to a multidisciplinary group delivering community-based mental health services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
You will lead daily operations, ensure ACT fidelity, coordinate care, conduct case reviews and treatment planning, and support staff development while complying with regulatory standards.
