Job description
The ACT Team Registered Nurse (RN) position in Martinsburg, WV involves delivering high quality care in community and outpatient settings as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. The RN will perform assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and medication administration to ACT team consumers.
