Job description
St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Vocational Specialist for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Sellersville. You will meet participants where they live and in the community to improve quality of life, assist with daily living, housing, budgeting, benefits access and transportation.
You will coordinate services, provide counseling, and support employment goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of direct-service experience
