If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer!Job SummaryThe Activation Coordinator is responsible for onboarding and activating new partner accounts, supporting revenue retention initiatives, and performing essential administrative functions to ensure a seamless partner experience. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping drive account success from activation through ongoing support.Essential FunctionsSupport Account Servicing – manage day-to-day account maintenance and fulfillment of partnership agreements. This includes, but is not limited to:Attend all LA Kings events that require a partnership activation representative to ensure proper activation support.Fulfillment of all elements in accounts including promotions, grassroots events, broadcasts, signage, hospitality, etc.Preparation of partnership recaps for teams, events and venues at the end of the year/season in a timely manner.Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.Handle and deliver client hospitality requests with professionalism displayed at all times (i.e tickets for clients, game hosting, deliveries of materials to clients, meeting preparations, etc.)Assist with filing and routing of contracts, invoices and creating contract memos and allocation sheets.Handle internal paperwork, accounting, expenses, technology development and special projects as directed by Supervisor.Coordinate internal communication between GP Sales on various action items.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)2-4 years sports and entertainment industry experienceExperience with CRM is preferredDigital/Television media experience is preferredStrong attention to detail, effective follow-up and follow through requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and retentionAble to interact with all levels of company and third-party employeesBasis knowledge of Photoshop is preferredPay Scale: $23.00 - $24.00This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee's job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
