Job description
The Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence.
You will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists, maintain clinical documentation, educate residents and families, and participate in care planning and discharge
