As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for our residents, while maintaining their independence, choice, and dignity.About the Role:As an Activities Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:Creating and coordinating daily events, such as games, arts, and crafts, and other recreational activitiesCommunicating with participants, employees, and volunteers to ensure a seamless experienceManaging logistics and operations to ensure the smooth execution of eventsLifting the spirits of our residents and ensuring they enjoy their time at our communityRequirements:High school diploma and certain certifications may be requiredExperience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related fields may be preferredJob training and first aid/CPR training may be necessaryAbility to pass a background check and drug screenWhy AdviniaCare:At AdviniaCare, we are committed to providing exceptional care, every resident, every day.
