Job description
Stonegates Retirement Community in Wilmington, DE seeks an Activities Director to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the resident activities program. You will coordinate individual and group activities, and ensure programs run seven days a week in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, planning educational, recreational, cultural and arts programs, and supervising staff to deliver engaging activities in person on-site.
