Looking to take the next step in your actuarial career? A nationally recognized professional services firm is seeking a Senior Actuarial Associate to support a growing Property & Casualty practice. This role offers exposure to reserving, pricing, ratemaking, modeling, audit support, and advisory projects across commercial lines, personal lines, and reinsurance.
What You'll Do:
Perform loss reserving, pricing, and actuarial modeling analyses
Support external audits and consulting engagements for insurance clients
Work directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights
Develop and manipulate actuarial datasets and experience studies
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to technical project execution
Participate in technical writing, reporting, and client presentations
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of P&C actuarial experience
Progress toward ACAS or FCAS preferred
Experience with reserving, pricing, ratemaking, or predictive analytics
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency with Excel, databases, and actuarial software tools
