MidState Medical Center, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead compassionate, patient-first nursing care in Meriden, Connecticut. In this role, you will coordinate daily unit operations, support staffing and scheduling, guide clinical staff, and promote safe, high-quality care. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, address patient and staff concerns, and contribute to staff development and continuous improvement.
