Job description
Mercy seeks a Charge Registered Nurse to lead daily operations on our acute care unit. You will coordinate patient flow, oversee assessments, care plans, and interventions, and ensure safe, high-quality care.
You will assign and support nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and act as the primary escalation point for clinical and patient concerns, fostering compassionate and evidence-based practice.
