Job description
Epitria Consulting LLC is seeking an Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist to join a hospital's inpatient pharmacy team. This full-time day position includes rotating weekends and focuses on safe, accurate medication use while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Minimum qualifications include a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program and a Florida pharmacist license or eligibility, with strong clinical and communication skills.
