Job description
Good Samaritan Hospital – San Jose, CA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (PRN) to support inpatient care, ensuring safe and effective medication use and collaborating with the pharmacy team, nurses and physicians to resolve drug-related issues.
The role includes evaluating therapies, adjusting doses, ordering labs, and providing pharmacokinetic guidance. Training of pharmacists, students, and technicians may be offered, depending on needs and credentials.
