Job description
ChristianaCare Health System in Newark, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Acute Care Discharge Lounge. The role supports patient discharge and partners with providers to ensure a safe handoff to caregivers.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts from 11 am to 7 pm. The RN will conduct ongoing patient observations, perform nursing procedures, participate in discharge planning and education, and communicate with the health care team.
