Job description
Advocate Health in Shelby, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in Acute Care. You will support multiple Medical‑Surgical units, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse shifts.
The role requires RN licensure in the practice state, a completed nursing program, and BLS; NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire is preferred. This full-time position features a 36-hour work week, day shift, rotating weekends, and holiday coverage.
