Job description
Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative outpatient care team under Medical Director supervision. You will support care for diverse clinic patients, with duties spanning evaluation, education, and care coordination.
Required are a Master’s degree in nursing or a PA/Health Sciences degree, state licensure, board certification, and strong communication skills. Travel between facilities and a flexible schedule are expected.
