Job description
inFORME Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to manage inpatients with higher acuity in a dual hospital location. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience and be licensed in Wisconsin.
