Job description
Kidney Care Center of Georgia, LLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our nephrology team in Northeast Georgia. The APP will provide inpatient care for kidney patients, including ICU cases, and deliver hemodialysis services alongside a collaborative group of clinicians.
Office care for CKD patients and ongoing follow-up are also required. The role emphasizes patient-centered, high-quality care with documentation and billing aligned to supervision agreements.
