Job description
Stony Brook University Medicine seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Rapid Response team. You will provide direct adult inpatient care during acute deterioration and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prevent crisis and ensure safe transfer or escalation of care.
Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant, NY licensure in adult/acute care, BLS/ACLS, and at least five years in tertiary acute care.
