Job description

The Miami VA Healthcare System Nursing Service seeks an experienced Registered Nurse–Nurse Manager Acute Care to lead clinical operations and drive quality care improvements within a VA academic hospital program.

Ideal candidates bring Nurse Manager experience (3–5 years), acute care expertise (5+ years), and a Master’s degree in Nursing, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide staff and mentor professional development.
