Job description
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) at Edward Hines - Jr. VA Hospital supports the Nurse Manager with supervision and accountability for the 24/7 operation of the Acute Care (9 West) unit.
The ANM leads orientation, training, and staff development and contributes to evaluating performance, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and ensure VA standards compliance.
