Job description
Memorial Physician Practices in Kentucky seeks a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in an outpatient setting. This non-exempt position collaborates with an interprofessional team, reviews orders, and ensures safe, effective medication use.
You will educate staff and patients, document interventions, and participate in quality improvement and continuing education. A Doctor of Pharmacy and current Kentucky license are required; BCLS is required and ACLS preferred.
