Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency in Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, quality care to diverse patients in an acute care setting. You will establish individualized treatment plans and foster positive relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and case managers.
Current NPTE-approved PT program, NBCOT registration, and BLS certification are required or in process.
