Physical Therapist | Non-Profit Hospital Acute Care

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) available
Around 8 patients/day
$6,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation reimbursement with receipts
Patient Population: ICU, Strokes, TBI, Ortho, General Neurological
Work and collaborate with an acute team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and supporting PTAs
8 am - 4:30 pm: Open to 4/10s - Monday-Friday
Weekend Rotation: 1in4 coverage
Generous PTO: 22 days in year 1
Full-time, permanent position
About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
Team player who adapts well to changing high-acuity caseloads
Servant leader mindset
