Job description
TriStar Health is seeking an Acute Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and monitor complex, rapidly changing conditions. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to safety and infection-prevention protocols.
