Job description
Position: Charge Nurse
Role Overview:
Provide clinical leadership on acute-care units, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care through team coordination and workflow management.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, oversee medication administration, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote a patient-centered approach.
Staff Support: Support and develop nursing and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Quality & Safety: Contribute to initiatives that enhance patient safety and care quality within the community-focused hospital setting.
Qualifications & Skills:
