Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Level II Competent Registered Nurse. This role provides total, patient-centered care using nursing processes and interdisciplinary teamwork to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include direct nursing care coordination, patient/family teaching, discharge planning, and participation in quality improvement activities. RN with 2 years acute care experience preferred; Virginia license or compact state required.
