Job description
This position involves providing high-quality acute care to patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment. The role emphasizes promoting patient-centered care, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with developing individualized care plans and assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities include:
Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
Participating in activities that enhance patient safety and professional development.
Assessing patient needs, values, and barriers to involvement, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Safety-conscious with the ability to work alertly in a fast-paced environment.
