Job description
Wythe County Community Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality care in our 100+ bed acute care facility. RNs will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across emergency, medical-surgical, and specialty units; administer medications; coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; and educate patients and families. You'll thrive in our community-focused, collaborative culture, gaining broad hands-on experience while supporting rural patients. This role includes rotating shifts, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to patient-centered service and quality outcomes.
