Job description
Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, ID seeks a full-time Acute Rehab Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy in an inpatient acute care setting. Evaluate and treat post-surgical, orthopedic, spine, and complex medical patients to restore mobility, function, and independence. Develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and case management on goals and discharge planning. Document care in EMR, educate patients and families, and support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
