Job description
Curry Health Network is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in an acute care setting. You will assess patients, apply nursing diagnoses, formulate individualized care plans, and coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and case managers to meet patient needs.
You will document care, teach patients and families, and adapt plans as interventions prove effective.
