Job description
Brookwood Baptist Health in Alabama seeks an experienced registered nurse to support the Hospital Care at Home program and in-home nursing services. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team using TeleHealth to monitor and adjust treatment plans.
