Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Augusta, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality in-home patient care, collaborate with the care team, and support performance improvement initiatives.
You will assess and plan care, monitor conditions, document activities, educate patients and families, advocate for needs, and participate in quality and governance efforts. This role requires an RN with a multi-state compact license, BLS, and at least two years of nursing experience.
