Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Physician Group to provide direct nursing care for acutely ill patients within the care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning.
Responsibilities include medication administration with the six rights, triage by phone, and collaboration with physicians and other health professionals to ensure safe, effective care.
