Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a high-acuity, inpatient-focused urology role in Northeast Arkansas with advanced robotics, predictable scheduling, and minimal outpatient responsibilities.
Position Highlights
Dedicated acute care hospitalist model covering inpatients and ER consults with operative management of urgent and emergent urologic cases
Minimal outpatient clinic responsibilities and approximately 14–15 shifts per month with structured block scheduling
Single-hospital coverage — no satellite travel, no split coverage
Work with five da Vinci robotic systems, including the latest da Vinci X Efficient platform, in Arkansas’ largest robotic surgery program
High surgical volume with dedicated OR access, experienced robotic teams, and modern state-of-the-art facilities
Established, high-volume urology service line with strong hospitalist and specialty backup
Stable referral base serving Northeast Arkansas and physician-led leadership support
