nThe Opportunity
nAs a Concierge Acute / Bridged Primary Care Provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner to your patients, providing comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and continuity.

n nWhat You'll Do
nnProvide comprehensive acute care and bridged primary care
nConduct preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments
nExamine, diagnose, treat and manage common and chronic conditions
nOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
nPrescribe medications within applicable regulations
nEmphasize prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term health
nCoordinate care, referrals and follow-up with specialists
nCollaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals
nDeliver a highly personalized, concierge-level patient experience
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
n nWho We're Looking For
nWe're seeking an experienced clinician who combines **strong clinical judgment with exceptional interpersonal skills **and values the opportunity to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine.
nQualifications
nnPA or NP with Current Florida State license
n2-10+ years of primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred
nStrong clinical judgment across a broad range of primary and acute care needs
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nProfessional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
nExperience in concierge medicine, executive health, corporate health, preventive medicine, or multidisciplinary care is preferred
