Job description
U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Acute Dialysis Facility Administrator to lead operations for an acute dialysis program serving hospitalized patients with kidney disease. This role oversees daily clinical and administrative activities, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered dialysis care. The Administrator manages budgets, quality and safety initiatives, and partnership with hospital leadership. You will support and develop clinical teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in outcomes, service, and patient experience in alignment with our mission-driven, compassionate culture.
