Schedule, Locations & Team
Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule designed for better work-life balance. Work Week: Four days per week.
Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation. Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday.
Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Saginaw/Bay area, including Covenant Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital - Saginaw, McLaren Bay Region, McLaren Bay Special Care - Rehab, and McLaren Central Michigan.
Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
