Job description
The Fresenius Medical Care inpatient RN CAP 2 role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians is expected to ensure quality outcomes.
As part of the kidney disease health care team, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions and quality improvement activities, with ongoing CAP requirements to advance.
