Job description
Seeking registered nurses to provide direct patient care in an inpatient medicine setting, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for acutely ill adult patients. The role emphasizes patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and discharge planning.
Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work safely and effectively in high-acuity settings.
