Job description
This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management and medication, and participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and respecting patient values are essential responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
Experience: No experience required; two years of experience preferred.
Skills: Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential.
Key Duties:
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with standards.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
