Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks an Acute Medicine RN to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care on a fast-paced acute medicine unit. The RN will assess and monitor diverse adult patients, administer medications and therapies, manage complex conditions, and respond to changes in status using sound clinical judgment. Responsibilities include care planning, clinical documentation in the EMR, patient and family education, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and support staff. RNs participate in quality and safety initiatives, precepting, and continuous learning in a mission-driven, team-focused environment.
