Job description
Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care setting, focusing on unit 14400/14500 at a 38-bed hospital unit.
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; promote patient and family-centered care; educate patients on managing their health; ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develop individualized care plans and communicate across the care team; evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred); valid RN license; no prior experience required; ability to work safely and maintain alertness; strong critical thinking and communication skills.
