Job description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Acute Care role in a hospital setting. The position involves providing direct patient care within a 38-bed unit, managing a patient ratio of 4-5 patients per nurse. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, promoting patient and family-centered care , and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance . The RN will educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-discharge care, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and an active RN license . Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and less than 2 years of experience.
