Acute Nurse Practitioner / Board-Certified APRN
Professional Nurse Practitioner / Board-Certified APRN Vine Grove, Kentucky

Deliver Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and review medical histories.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using clinical expertise and evidence-based practices.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to develop informed treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate for each patient.
Provide ongoing disease management, monitoring, and follow-up care.
Patient Education and Support:
Empower patients and families through education about diagnoses, medications, and self-care practices.
Provide preventive care including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
Encourage proactive wellness strategies for improved long-term outcomes.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:
Work closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated care.
Contribute insights during case reviews and care planning meetings.
Offer clinical mentorship and support to fellow healthcare team members.
Monitor Patient Progress & Ensure Compliance:
Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation using EHR systems.
Follow all HIPAA, state, and federal regulations to ensure patient safety and privacy.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Active NP license in the state of Kentucky.
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a clinical, hospital, or outpatient setting preferred (new grads welcome!).
Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and communicative, with a commitment to delivering patient-first care.
Confident working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
