nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnEvaluate patient needs in collaboration with physicians, care teams and families to design personalized treatment plans that support optimal recovery.
n
nnDeliver targeted therapeutic care and maintain clear documentation to progress patients steadily through their treatment goals.
n
nnEmpower patients, families and caregivers through hands-on education in rehabilitation strategies and adaptive techniques tailored to their diagnosis.
n
nnManage daily caseload priorities and coordinate with therapy and medical staff to ensure seamless care transitions and timely treatment.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnPhysical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
n
n nEducation:
nnBachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
