Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Registered Nurse for our acute psychiatric unit. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with behavioral health needs, including assessment, medication administration, care planning, crisis intervention, and patient/family education. Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff, the RN promotes safety, de-escalation, and recovery-focused treatment while supporting a community-oriented, patient-centered culture that values teamwork, respect, and continuous learning.
