Job description
Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI is seeking a Licensed Case Manager for the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). The PRN, nonexempt role requires Weekday availability with weekend shifts as needed, focusing on assessments, care planning and discharge planning to support patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates will hold RN or social work licensure with case management certification or related rehab credentials, and have 2+ years inpatient case management experience. Hourly rate currently listed as $45.00/hour.
