Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Acute Rehab Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess complex patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward functional recovery. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, coordinate safe discharges, and support a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality outcomes and professional growth.
