Job description
Mercy is seeking an RN for our Acute Rehab unit. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from serious illness, surgery, or injury. You will perform thorough assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized rehab-focused care plans. Working closely with physicians, therapists, and other team members, you'll coordinate therapies, monitor progress, and adjust care to promote safe, timely recovery. You'll educate patients and families on mobility, self-care, and discharge needs while supporting Mercy's culture of compassion, diversity, and professional growth.
